Highland's EAP
provides company employees guidance with work-related issues or
problems at the employees' home. Issues that decease an employee's
productivity such as stress, anxiety, bereavement, conflict resolution,
or substance abuse, are addressed. The EAP team of psychiatrists and
licensed therapists, also conduct educational workshops at the work
sites. Crisis debriefings, training, and referrals to community and
social agencies are also performed by this program.
