Mission

To assist individuals with serious and persistent mental illness to achieve an optimal level of mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Partial Program

This program serves individuals with serious illness who require intensive community services. This service is offered 4 to 5 days a week.

Intensive Outpatient

This program serves individuals with less severe psychiatric symptoms and can provide ongoing stabilization and maintenance. This service is offered 1 to 3 days per week.

Referrals

Individuals can refer themselves or be referred by physicians, psychologists, social workers, mental  health professionals, and family members.

Admissions

  • Symptoms need to be related to schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, schizo-affective disorder, major depression or other mood disorders.
  • Medicare and/or private insurance are the primary reimbursers.

  • Activity Therapy - Walks, Games, Crafts, Computer Training, Shopping, etc...
